Our pricing model is based on interchange-plus rates, and we also provide a Rate Match Guarantee to ensure you are always receiving the lowest possible costs. By using our services, you authorize us to deduct applicable processing fees and any agreed service charges from your merchant account.

Security & Compliance

We are committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and compliance. All transactions are protected under PCI DSS standards, and sensitive data is safeguarded with encryption and tokenization. As a merchant, you are responsible for ensuring that your business also complies with applicable security requirements when using our services.

Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to ensure that our services are reliable, uninterrupted, and secure, Best Merchant Services cannot be held liable for damages caused by events outside our control, such as network failures, third-party service interruptions, or unauthorized access beyond our safeguards. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue services if fraudulent activity, breach of contract, or misuse of our platform is detected. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees and obligations incurred before closure.
